Verdant helps global manufacturers enter and scale in India — and Indian manufacturers access differentiated global technologies.
Verdant is led by Nidhi Shah — an operator, not a consultant.
Over two decades, Nidhi has done the work that most market-entry firms only advise on — identifying the right customers, building credibility in unfamiliar markets, navigating the gap between global ambition and Indian execution reality. She has sat across the table from conservative buyers, worked through long sales cycles, and stayed through the difficult middle period when a technology is neither new nor established.
Verdant reflects her operator-led perspective — focused on market creation, technology adoption, and long-term value, not short-term transactions.
When you work with Verdant, you work with Nidhi directly.
"India is one of the world's most opportunity-rich and execution-intensive manufacturing markets. Success here requires more than market reports or channel partners. It requires operating experience, credibility, and a deep understanding of how decisions are made on the ground. Verdant exists to provide exactly that."
Before founding Verdant, Nidhi spent over two decades introducing industrial 3D printing across India's manufacturing sectors — from jewellery to foundries and from engineering to aerospace — in markets where there was very little awareness, no reference customers, and no established path forward.
Part of the founding team, to introduce industrial 3D printing to India's jewellery and engineering sectors — at a time when the technology was largely unknown.
Led India operations to bring large-format industrial 3D printing to Indian foundries. Later extended responsibility to ASEAN and ANZ markets.
It is a collection of industries, regions, ownership structures, and decision-making cultures. Verdant's approach reflects this complexity — grounded in operating reality, not theoretical frameworks.

The emphasis is on execution and adoption — converting interest into durable market presence.

Connectivity is selective and purpose-driven — not volume-based.
Verdant's network spans conventional and advanced manufacturing — built through years of working alongside the engineers, founders and decision-makers who run India's production facilities, not just its technology teams. Internationally, Verdant works closely with European and US manufacturing SMEs, industrial technology companies, and investors evaluating India as a growth market.
These relationships have been earned through delivery and trust — not cold outreach.
