Over two decades, Nidhi has done the work that most market-entry firms only advise on — identifying the right customers, building credibility in unfamiliar markets, navigating the gap between global ambition and Indian execution reality. She has sat across the table from conservative buyers, worked through long sales cycles, and stayed through the difficult middle period when a technology is neither new nor established.

Before founding Verdant, Nidhi spent over two decades introducing industrial 3D printing across India's manufacturing sectors — from jewellery to foundries and from engineering to aerospace — in markets where there was very little awareness, no reference customers, and no established path forward.

Part of the founding team, to introduce industrial 3D printing to India's jewellery and engineering sectors — at a time when the technology was largely unknown.

  • First 3 years - 1 to 6 industrial 3D printers; team expanded from 8 to 48
  • Diversified into automotive, aerospace, medical, foundry and engineering verticals
  • Led manufacturing partnerships with two of the largest 3D Printing service bureaus in EU.
  • Headed the launch of Imaginarium's 3D printer sales division, with first OEM representation for RapidShape GmbH in India

Led India operations to bring large-format industrial 3D printing to Indian foundries. Later extended responsibility to ASEAN and ANZ markets.

  • Established distributor networks and market visibility across ASEAN and ANZ
